Fenja Freiin Grote

Culture and Art Studies (BA), Climate Activist

Fenja studied "Culture and Technology - Art Science" under consideration of the "Sustainability Certificate". In her thesis, she dealt with the garden history of Berlin, among other topics, with civil engagement for climate justice and the goal of an environmentally friendly city. Furthermore, previous seminars, long-distance travels, and internships in the socio-cultural field have sensitized her view of the interaction of man and nature, sharpened her sense for social and climate justice, and strengthened her tolerance towards diverse lifestyles and views. Thus, she is involved in volunteer projects such as OSA and FFF.

"I believe that a healthy community can bring people and nature into harmony and create a modern culture. This can best be achieved the more people join forces and constantly question."
